i have learned that various ages, and groups of students have different needs. A way to approach the students in a children's class will be different to that of a beginners class. Younger students have shorter attention spans meaning classes should always be engaging and fun as well as managed in the correct manner, with discipline. I know that beginner classes may have similar approaches as teaching children by way of a simplicity of the language used with clear and simple aims. I learned that whatever the level of class all students will have their own motivation for learning english which could have an effect on their learning either positively or negatively.
