This unit allowed me to confirm what a good teacher should be and his/her roles. The qualities a teacher should have: kind, patient, good in his/her subject so as to make the learners comfortable. The teacher's different roles in a class: sometimes here as the one in charge and explaining the lesson, sometimes here as a support or as an observer so that the learner is always an actor of his/her learning. Learners also have their part in this Relationship, may it be a younger learner or an adult. The key word would be motivation:how to encourage it, how to keep it in order to have a successful class.
