I have come to the knowledge that the unit deals with the interaction between the teacher and the learner, and also the different factors at various stages that affect positively or negatively the progress of the lesson. We have characteristics or traits of good teachers and good learners, such traits make the job of teaching easy which helps the teacher,for example students who have the desire to learn and those who are not afraid to speak the language despite the challenges. We have good qualities of teachers which make learning fun and easy for a student,eg a lively and entertaining teacher,or a teacher with good subject knowledge. Interaction between teacher and learner will differ because of age, which has a direct effect on the behaviour of students in the classroom. Adults have a greater attention span as compared to younger students, however younger learners approach the lesson with less fear and self-awareness, they do not overthink the process. In a nutshell the students will do well if they have a good teacher,the confidence and the comfortability in them will be sourced from how the teacher presents the lesson and how she/he treats the students.
