The unit gives profound description of Teachers and Learners. It is a good reminder that a good teacher cares more about the learners more than her teachings,above all other good qualities of the teacher. Teachers' approaches and strategies in teaching considers the age level and language ability of the learners. One of the challenges of the teacher is to encourage learners to desire to learn because this will give them the motivation to learn and continue learning, though each student has their own reason why they study. I study and want to learn more because I wanted to enhance my knowledge and skills.
