Unit 16 dealt with conditionals and reported speech. Simply, conditionals are when a speaker uses if/when in a statement. To be more detailed, in conditionals there is a conditional clause and a main clause. Also there are five types of conditionals (zero, first, second, third, and mixed). Reported speech is simply stating what someone has said. But with reported speech it is important to take note of the changes that pronouns and verbs go through when teaching students.
