The unit began by covering the future simple tense, its forms, usages, typical mistakes/errors made by students, teaching ideas and differences between words such as 'will' and 'shall'. Next the unit covered the future continuous tense, its forms, usages, typical mistakes/errors made by students as well as teaching ideas. The unit followed up with the future perfect tense, its forms, usages, typical student mistakes/errors, and teaching ideas. Then the unit went over the future perfect continuous tense, its forms, usages, typical student mistakes/errors and teaching ideas. The unit then moved onto discussing the 'going to' future tense, its forms, usages and teaching ideas. Finally the lesson concluded by going over the present simple and present continuous and how they are used for the future context. The unit discussed the tense forms, usages, and teaching ideas. I feel as though I have effectively learned the differing types of future tenses and how to properly relay the knowledge and information relating to this grammatical subject to aspiring English language learners.
