Mutual respect is always important as well as to keep calm and smile. Is also important to establish rapport and doing pairwork or team work activities is a good way. Never point fingers to a student, always say the student's name after the question so all of them are listening and paying attention. There are different ways to group students and they all depend on the class size and classroom furniture. Try to remember all student's name and don't spend too much time on the same student. TTT and STT are important, however too much of both can harm the student's learning.
