I have learnt the qualities of a good teacher and a good learner, in this unit. I've also learnt how they are affected by various factors such as age, geographic location, culture, etc. I have learnt that a teacher has lot of roles, but knowing which role to play when is very important. For example, a teacher has to play a role of a facilitator when students are having a group discussion. In this example, if the teacher is playing the role of the controller, she/he will not be able to know the opinions of the students.
