The unit focused on lesson planning and how useful it is especially to young or new teachers. The unit covered some basic pros to planning a lesson. Planning lessons can help teachers to be organized and can also help with ensuring that the objectives are met. From our lesson plans we can also go back and evaluate ourselves, and check what activities work or may need tweaking.
The lesson also spoke about planning a sequence of lessons. With these plans we need to be even more flexible. It’s also good to have set aims for this type of planning. It is also crucial that we always review the previous lessons to remind students where are and to ensure they retain the information.
