A good learner should be willing to listen to a new language and ask question ,have a desire to learn and acceptance of error correction e.t.c.Young learners have an open mind to new learning experiences and method compared to adults who have a long life experience who who have a fixed view on how teaching should be,which might course problems.Adults are nervous about new experiences than young learners.'Loss of' and anxiety are major facts about success.Hence the teacher should be gentle and encouraging while building up confidence.
