In this unit I learnt about the four (4) present tenses; the present simple, present continuous which is sometimes called the present progressive, present perfect and present perfect continuous and other grammar points.
This unit also tackles the form, usages, typical student errors and activate stage teaching ideas which really made it more easy for me to understand further the present tenses.
The Form taught me how to identify tenses and outline the student grammatical errors and so as the grammatical construction and fundamental rules regarding how the tense or grammar point is made.
The Usages that taught me how and under what circumstances the tense or grammar point is used.
The Typical student errors that helps me enhanced my knowledge in formulating correction strategies.
The Activate stage teaching that taught me additional activities which will encourage communicative use of the tense or grammar point during the Activate stage of my lesson.
