Each student has different learning ability and we can distinguish them with beginners, elementary,
low-intermediate, intermediate, upper intermediate and advanced. But the standard of distinction is
different in each country, so beginner student in Korean can be elementary in Japan. We can say
students who have zero knowledge of English are beginners, students who can make basic sentence
are elementary, students who can communicate are low-intermediate, students who lack in fluency
and accuracy are intermediate, students who lack in accuracy are upper intermediate and students
who have fluency and accuracy are advanced.
