I have learned the benefit and disadvantages of varying classroom layouts. I also understand the correct way to discipline and how to prevent extreme actions as the school code of conduct may vary from school to school. Now, in the classroom I now know how to effectively use my voice, eye contact and gestures to get the most out of a teaching session as an ALT, where my talk time itself is restricted.
