Unit 4 talks about the materials needed in the classroom. The first part of the lesson talks about the authentic and non- authentic materials. Knowing how to use the authentic and make new non authentic materials properly is a big help for me and to my future students as well.
Furthermore, the topic about lesson planning and book resources are very important because it teaches how to come to class prepared thus improves the quality of class the we teacher's provide. Teachers should not come to class unprepared, but sometimes it is a real challenge when the coursebook is outdated or not really suitable for a certain class, thus studying this material help me gain some knowledge and techniques on how to make my class more fun and informative. Over all this lesson is very helpful for me.
