This unit contained a good amount of material, and most notably focused on conditionals and reporting speech. On the conditionals side, I learned that there are five main forms of conditionals - zero conditional, first conditional, second conditional, third conditional, and zero conditional. The unit went over the rules for each conditional form, i.e. which verb tenses and words should be used for each conditional. The unit also gave an introduction to reported speech. When reporting speech, verb tenses often, though not always, change - the lesson gave a handy chart to keep track of these verb tense changes, which I will definitely save and use with my students.
