This unit was about conditionals and reported speech, how to use and how to teach these forms. Conditionals are sentences with two clauses, one is a condition of the other. Reported speech is when you retell what someone has said. Often when we report speech, the tense will change. I learned that these grammar forms are not very easy to explain, but great care needs to be taken when teaching and it is necessary to set the right pace for the students.
