The lesson plan examples are very useful, these can be a great help for teachers to know what to include in writing a lesson plan. I personally feel being flexible is vital as you cannot follow the lesson plan to the point, there are various reasons as the students may not be able to focus on that day or if the class is over excited after an activity or there could be other reasons. As long as the teacher focuses on the students learning objectives and is aware of the time given she should be given autonomy to run her classes. I learnt it is good to add a column for teacher and students anticipated problems as this can improve the standard of teaching as you go along and it can pin point on what had gone wrong during that lesson.
