By the help of this unit, I have discovered many things and instructions about managing classes. For example, I have learnt how to used eye contact, gesture and my voice in order to control class. Furthermore, I came to know that, it is important to be aware of how to arrange tables and chairs in the different classes as it directly effects on the lesson flow. And, the teachers should decide and choose appropriate classroom position according to their teaching style and type of their students. Next important thing that I have learnt from this lesson is "grouping". I have learnt four different types of grouping and their pros and cons. In addition, I have studied many other useful things concerning the classroom management.
