I think this lesson was an interesting lesson. Although one of the shortest lessons in the curriculum I think it was very beneficial to learn about ways to establish rapport and what not to do on the first day of class. I'm looking forward to applying everything that I have learned in all the lessons in a real world environment. I'm especially excited about completing the course and getting my certification. I have already started reviewing!
