in this unit we learnt about Past Tenses. there are four tenses in the past. 1 past simple subject + verb form + ed example he worked , 2 past continous tense subject + was/were + verb form + ing example he was working, 3 past perfect tense subject + had + past participle example he had worked, past perfect continous tense subject + had + been + verb + ing exsample he had been working in this school since 2003.
