I enjoyed this unit. To me it felt like a good summation of previous lessons in that it brought them all together. After reading through this unit, and taking the test, I was better able to envision the full timeline of a lesson. This unit also helped me to look at the big picture of teaching a lesson. In earlier units, I would think of all the different instances each lesson structure could be used for. Unit 7 helped me to take a step back and realize that large amounts of material to be covered won't be so much an issue as I thought. Instead, the focus should be on effectively teaching a lesson that will engage the students and teach specific ideas that will be important for them to know.
