The unit expressed the ways in which classroom management can be obtained. There are a variety of factors to take into consideration when teaching. Even the seating arrangement can help with lessons and activities. It's not just the teacher being in front of the classroom, but to consider pair work and group work and the benefits of it. Having too much teach talk time can become boring and redundant to students, so having a change of pace works in order to engage the students. However, like the unit stresses, there are cons to every situation and so a teacher must become aware of these obstacles. I have also learned that gestures can become helpful and create a more engaging environment.
