Thanks managing a class Unit, was very useful. Being an effective teacher for students is important. Knowing what should and shouldn't be done is vital to how you teach a class room. Building a rapport and comfort, while at the same time providing new material take effort and thought. Knowing the limits of speaking too much and when to speak to the classroom is important information to have. I especially agreed the 'Maintaining of Behavior' topic. Working with special needs children as a behavavioral therapist, I could relate with following through with a consequence. This was a well informed unit.
