In this unit, troubleshooting was the main concept. Essentially, this unit described how to resolve a potential problem when it arises. It goes on to explain different techniques a teacher can use in order to help students. Teachers must be aware of what works and what does't work for a student. It has given me clarity on how to go about these issues and what activities would work best for students. It does a great job in explaining the pros and cons.
