Unit 7 reflected on the vocabulary, grammar and language functions. The importance of the meaning, the use of these 3 sections were elaborated on. Example lessons were given with the ESA method being used. An example of a boomerang lesson on teaching vocabulary was shown. Each section showed which activities could be done during an engage, study and activate stage. For example, rearranging words in a sentences in order to produce the correct sentence, is an appropriate activity for a study phase involving grammatical structures.
