I found the contents of this unit to be a little more challenging, but in a good way. I like being able to combine what I've learned about past, present, and future tenses to help me think about English in a deeper way. It has also made me more aware of myself as the learner of a new language (Japanese). If this material was a challenging review for me, then I need to make sure I have empathy for ELL/ESL students and be committed to crafting lessons to help them understand the nuances of English verb tenses. Honestly, this is true for teaching native English speakers as well.
