This unit was a great intro to this certification because it laid out the structure of a good teacher and good student. On my experience, "good" is a very subjective term, but this unit gave many different ways someone can be considered "good" at what they're doing. I also think it's a great point about cultural differences and how to best navigate them. I'm sure we will learn more in future units, but in college I took an intercultural communication class that was huge into how I speak/work with people from a variety of cultures.
