I appreciated the fact that there were two videos to actively compare. This helps, because there are things in both lessons. It really proved what effectiveness the teacher's attitude can have on the class as a whole. In the first class, I saw a more dry, negative environment. That resulted in a dissatisfied student body, and a frustrated teacher. He lacked genuineness and overall concern for the students individual success, this showed in how he handled the class. The second teacher produced more results by developing a rapport, focusing on the whole class, and the students as individuals. In addition, he was prepared, and it showed.
