In this unit, past tenses were the main priority. There were different forms that were focused on such as the past perfect, past continuous, past perfect continuous and so forth. Each went into detail of how it is to be used. Past simple simply ends with 'ed'. It explains how some words are irregular verbs and to be conscience that the spelling of the word will be different. As a teacher, we must fully pay attention to the sentence and explain to the students which and why the sentence is a certain past tense form. It helped me to become aware of different activities one can do in order for a student to get a good grasp on the subject.
