From this unit, I believe a lesson plan should be more student-based than teacher-based. This gives a chance for the teacher to view the lesson in the eye of the child. Teachers can examine how students perceive and grasp the lesson concept than create engaging, studying, and activating activities based around the feedback received. Make sure to first run through your entire lesson plan beforehand so you can clear up any possible issues or problems you might encounter. Keeping a notebook or a self-evaluation document is also helpful for the teacher as he/she can learn what went successfully and what could have been differently. From this unit, I can understand how to perceive and prepare for the strengths and weaknesses from each lesson a teacher will plan.
