In speaking, accuracy is focused on in the study phase while fluency is focus in the activate phase. In the study phase, it is more appropriate for the teacher to correct errors to improve accuracy. In the activate phase, students are given more free range to use their English however they want but with themes and topics in place. During this phase the teacher can observe the fluency of the students if they are able to use what they learn fluently. During study stage the students will always know more because they have more time to prepare and answer in a more controlled setting. Again, it is very important to be positive and motivate students as much as they can so they can be in a comfortable environment to be engage in activities and in class. This unit offers more games relating to teaching productive skills.
