Classroom management is the skill of organizing and managing the class, having a friendly, relaxed manner and maintaining discipline. Establishing rapport between the teacher and students, students to students, plays an important part in determining a class that is successful and enjoyable. Students contribute well and take part in the lessons and activities when the atmosphere is relaxed and they get along well with the teacher. Teaching is a very important job and once I get the correct classroom management skills in order I will enjoy teaching more and have a productive teaching career. In this unit, I learned to be prepared at all times, know my students well, have an attractive classroom, design classroom rules, teach with enthusiasm and be fair.
