This unit is similar to the previous one. I learnt that Speaking and Writing is as important as Reading and Listening. It is important for the teachers to create a need and desire for the students to be interested in learning. Accuracy and Fluency are both important, accuracy activities help to check that the students have understood and use the language in a controlled way before using it in a fluency activity. The techniques mentioned to encourage interaction are good. Careful planning being one of them, which I feel is very important and has to be according to the level and interest of the class. Group and Pair work are one of the best ways of doing activities.
