In this unit, it mentions that having a detailed lesson plan is ideal for inexperience teacher as it provides structure and reference. However, it is better if the lesson plan is not so detail as it should be open for flexibility and able to adapt during the class for the needs of the students. The most important factor is flexibility and changing the direction of the class when it needs to change. Be open for improvement and problems that may arise as well as possible solutions for those problems. Overall, it is good to be prepared. Be prepared before class starts and be prepared for expected problems and possible solutions to those problems.
