I think that this unit was a nice wrap up of the course. It brought out a lot of different problems an EFL teacher may face and how to deal with these problems; which is crucial for the teacher to be aware of. These are problems such as having students of different levels in one class, dealing with a large number of students in a class, students using their native language in the class, having students that are reluctant to participate, and difficulties encountered with listening exercises.
