A good teacher has to love teaching. He/She has to understand the kind of student, the group and be able to motivate them and participate himself/herself, e.g. as a player into games. He/She has to be a good model and be able to understand when he has to take the control of the lesson. The variety of the activities, listening, speaking, pronunciation and grammar is so important to plan lessons that must be interesting for the students. Eliciting the production of the new language is one the most important method of teaching, but by respecting all the cultures and personalities. A student has to trust the teacher and they have to establish an alliance, a good relationship.
