This unit covered the four different forms that verbs in the present tense can take: present simple, present continuous, present perfect, and present perfect continuous. This unit was extremely informative for me as I have used each one of these tenses on a regular basis but have never learned their rules nor how to differentiate one tense from another. I really appreciate the examples given for "activate" stage activities. Imagining those activities actually helped cement the concepts in my mind. I also appreciate the examples of common errors students make, as it provides perspective into students' thought processes and shows how a first-time English learner may process the material.
