The first lesson made me cringe. The most glaring errors made by the teacher were his disorganization and his vague questions. They were too open-ended, so students couldn't understand what he wanted. The second lesson was much better because the teacher was excited to teach, and he was willing to ask things differently if the class didn't understand. His objective was clear, and the students understood that they were learning about can/can't. The class also practiced a variety of skills, which enriched the lesson.
