I found this unit particularly interesting, I thought the way both videos were shown were very clever. The difference between both videos I thought was obvious, but I found remembering how and when he went into the activate phase the difficult part. I learnt how you should be in a lesson as a teacher and also how you should not behave! The way he had more energy in the second lesson clearly receives a better response from the students, where as in the first he seemed very intimidating and spoke way to fast. In the second video he spoke much slower and smiles a lot more, therefore the students were much more comfortable and willing to answer.
