In this lesson I have learned that classroom management is a skill of organizing and managing the class,having a friendly and relaxed manner and maintaining discipline.Good eye contact is essential to establish a good rapport with the students, to ensure that students understand what they are supposed to do and what is going on. Good use of gestures convey the meaning of language and to reduce the need for verbal explanation.Grouping students is another important criteria to allow students to interact with any other class members. Classroom arrangement is an important criteria to keep the instruction effective.
Orderly rows, circles and horse--shoes,separate tables,are some of the best seating arrangements to be considered for effective classroom.
