Unit 5 deals with managing classes which I believe is one of the most important factors in teaching a classroom. I learned the importance of using good gestures and classroom seat arrangements. Not only is is the lesson plan of teaching the students with but it actually starts before the students show up in the class. Preparations of the lesson starts way before the students arrive and it plays a crucial part of managing a class. It terms of knowing negative consequence of using pair work is it can increase the volume level in classrooms to an unreasonable level.
