this unit started by the different methodologies that are or have been involve in languages learning such as;Grammar translation, audio lingual, task based learning, the silent way etc. furthermore, the Engage, Study and Activate method by Jeremy Harmer. this ESA are of different type such as: the straight Arrow ESA lesson, the Boomerang ESA lesson, the Patchwork ESA lesson. more so, looking into some of the examples of the Engage, Activate and the Study phases. correction techniques were not left out as to when to correct and the differences between errors and mistakes.
