This unit covered the basics and benefits of creating lesson plans for classes. I learned that lesson plans are important to keep record of lessons and can really help teachers in the long run. It helps keep classes organized. It is important to have some sort of flow for the class, but also flexibility in these lesson plans. Creating lessons really is finding a balance between structure and flexibility. There are a lot of factors to consider when creating lesson plans and teachers have to be prepared for both the expected and unexpected.
