I learnt that it is important for teachers to not single out students by calling their name before the start of the question. I learnt that a good source of English language spoken by the teacher is not a necessary method of learning. I learnt that students working as individuals will not benefit from student-to-student interaction. I learnt that the teacher is best seated during the "Study" phase of the ESA lesson.
