This chapter talks about different groups of learners. More often, young learner requires a fast change of activities of materials as they are known for having a short span of attention, thus teacher needs to prepare materials to suffice this kind of behavior. while adult learner, could be self -motivated or required to learn English by their company. In this case, the idea of a TEFL teacher that teaching Business English is difficult is not true, simply because Business English could be a teaching of general English rather than to be an expert of Business in front of adult learners.
