This lesson was all about pronunciation and phonology. When I first started reading this section I soon realized shortly after the first section that this was going to be a difficult unit to grasp. However, finishing the unit and working on the test, Im starting to understand phonology. I learned that that phonics is not easy in the sense of pronunciation, individual sounds, articulation etc. I learned that there are places of articulation, the velar, palatal etc. In this unit I also learned about phonemic symbols referring to consonants and vowels.
