This unit describes four tenses out about twelve or so tenses, namely, Present Simple, Present Perfect, Present Continuous, Present Perfect Continuous. The unit has been very keen on stressing the usage of these tenses. Additionally, this unit has outlined a few typical mistakes/errors made by English students in regards to tenses, and has presented some of these errors/mistakes as food for thought on how the mistakes have been made, and how to correct them. I have learned a great deal about outlining to a student various situations where these tenses are used, and in what ways.
