I think having a different format of lesson, video, was a good change of pace to teach in a different style, more through example, and I think it worked well for this unit. I feel that I could see most of the mistakes in teaching technique made in the first video and the effect on the student morale, participation, and understanding. The positive and friendly attitude of the teacher in the second video also made a very noticeable difference for the classroom atmosphere and on the attitudes and participation of the students. I could also see the difference in the teacher's speaking speed and pacing for the second lesson and how it made an improvement in understanding.
