The content of this unit is about the characteristics a good teacher and learner must possess or create to ensure a successful learning environment. It is about, the teacher knowing the different roles there are for teaching. I have learned from this unit, the teacher should know which role to play and when to use it, to create the most effective learning environment for her students. I also learned, the teacher should understand differences in age groups and language levels of her students in order to produce an efficient lesson plan.
