In this lesson, I learnt that eye contact,hand gesture, vary of voice can make the students concentrate on the studies. And different ways of grouping students and classroom arrangement offers me idea of how to choose different activity and start them.The rapport relationship between teachers and student are always very hard to balance, on one hand you need to be firm to keep the class in a good discipline, on the other hand you need cultivate students' motivation and give instructions. This sounds like art of juggling. This unit gives a very clear rules and suggestions of how to establishing rapport and giving instructions.
